» Port Zabaglione 
Ingredients:
Egg yolks
Soft brown sugar
25ml Sweet Marsala (Port)
50ml Port wine
2-3 Biscotti (Italian Bisques)
Method:
Whisk the egg yolks with the soft brown sugar over a bain marie (water bath) preferable in a copper pan over the oven.
Slowly add the sweet Marsala port and continue to whisk until it thickens
Serve in small glass bowls with the bisques
Serves 1
